Project Description
Control system refurbishment and plant upgrades in the main administration buildings at Gloucester Docks.
The main administration centre is 3 linked buildings connected by walkways
The buildings are fed by a centralised heating and chilled water plant.
Each building has distributed fresh air handling plants and 4 pipe fan coil units.
The BMS system controls and monitors all of the systems.

The buildings are networked back to a BMS operator's terminal located in the engineers department.
Each floor of each building can be set up for its own occupancy pattern. The comfort set point can also be adjusted by the floors users
Additional Council buildings such as North Ware House, The Guild Hall, Gloucester City Museum and Art Gallery, Folk Museum, Library, and Southgate Street Offices are remotely monitored and controlled by the BMS using modem communication connections.
